I have two Toyota dealerships much closer to me than Beaver Toyota but I have visited this place twice before when my brother in law bought vehicles for himself and his daughter. Beaver Toyota Cummings is simply top notch. The staff is great! Special mention to Leo, Jill and Kaholy. You can tell everyone loves their job even the ancillary staff. Did I mention how clean the restroom was! Leo is casual and NOT pushy. Jill had the presence of mind to notice my family was hungry😄 and offered us snacks even though she was about to leave work. Kaholy, never a dull moment. She did the finance part and even though it was late, she never seemed to rush us. To top it off they had nice soothing gospel music playing. This may have been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I WILL STRONGLY recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking to buy a car. My wife and daughter were very happy with their experience also

I bought used, didn't check the car fax and didn't find out that the truck had been wrecked until after the deal was made. Windshield was chipped that everyone missed. They made a repair. The damage is still visible but shouldn't get worse. Previously paired phones weren't deleted and I still need to do a factory reset to get my own password. It was a good bit cheaper than buying new after some haggling and the Bever plus warranty made it worth buying despite the other short comings. If you are buying used check everything closely. They do have a 30 day exchange policy if you are not satisfied. I hope this review may help in seeing some things corrected in used car sales.
