Beaver Mazda

Great experience all around, we had a price in mind for our CX-50 premium hybrid, and we worked towards that goal. They listened to our concerns and we got to where we needed to be.

As usual, everyone was efficient and effective, and made my service call a pleasant experience.

I came with my dad to look for a vehicle -first time buyer!!- and Katie approached us on the lot! She was super friendly and helpful, and I found she had actually helped my brother who had bought a car here earlier. She took us all around, helping me with what I was able to afford, and listened to me even when we weren't talking about cars! She made me feel at ease, and not like she was only interested in selling me something. We also met with Scott, who actually came up to us while Katie was off grabbing some info. He was super friendly at the start, introducing himself and starting a conversation completely unrelated to cars with us based off my dad's shirt! As the process went on Katie and Scott together ended up helping us, and I couldn't be more grateful. The man in the finance office, too, Antonio, was extremely helpful and friendly (just everyone that helped us today was friendly and not at all pushy), helping us with everything money-wise and all that. In the end, after all of their help, I came home wit my new car!! They really did everything to help us, and I couldn't be more grateful. Definitely will come here again, and will recommend it to people, as well as Katie, Scott, and Antonio.

Best car purchase experience ever

So impressed with our experience at Beaver Mazda! We started our car search at a nearby dealer of a different make, and that experience (at the other dealer) was very disappointing. Like pulling teeth to get any information whatsoever about the car we wanted to test drive. Beaver Mazda, and in particular our salesperson, Andrii, was exceptional. He was friendly, thorough, detailed and patient. He asked questions, walked us through different models, helped us find the best fit, just exceptional in every way. I even left something in the car we traded in and when I returned to pick it up, Andrii was there. Andrii asked if any questions had popped up, which they had, so he took the time to sit with me in the new car and answer all of my little post purchase questions. Andrii and the car buying process at Mazda, is excellent. Highly recommend!
