From the moment I arrived on the lot there was a different vibe. It was not a "traditional" car dealer vibe. Everyone [staff and customers] and it was very busy, seemed to have a genuine happy / comfortable disposition. I wasn't "tackled" as I stepped out of my car by a sales advisor. I was warmly greeted by EYERY person I passed. By referral, I met with Joey and this guy was a machine. I came in unannounced. He was already working with a few people and was calm, cool, and collected. I have been through the car buying process many times. We took our 25 Camry to 25k mile service here. Mgr Shelby took care of us. All maintenance was updated and gave us couple of recommendations and we are all good. And oil change price here is pretty comparable to getting it done else where, so we will be coming here from now on. Also window wiper purchase- at parts dept and you can have service dept install it for you. PS. We didn't buy this car from here in GA so we don't get to benefit from free oil change but if you buy cars here you get that benefit! How awesome! My next car-2nd car will get it from Beaver Toyota/ Mazda! Inside the dealer is nicely decorated lots of seating areas tastefully done. coffee and water available also snack and beverage cafe in the waiting area.
