★★★★★I purchased my truck back in 2019. I ordered it in feburary of 2019 and it arrived in april. I asked for a black dash however they came standard with the orange and they quickly removed the parts of the dash and had then re painted free of charge. The whole sales process was great. I have always had great service from the sales lady I delt with as well as the service/maintenance advisors. They have always been extremely nice. However here is where my two stars come from. I have had my truck serviced every 5k miles at beaver of cumming I am currently at 45k miles and I refuse to return to their maintenance service even though it is FREE to me. This is directed to the service technicians that actually work on my 60k truck. Before I start with the issues that have happened I will state that I have never opened my hood. No one other then service techs at this location have touched the engine bay. 1.) Around 20k mile service the advisor approached me and asked if I knew where or if I had removed the oil cap for a reason. The service tech that worked on my vehicle at the 15k service did not put the oil cap back on. They replaced the oil cap free. 2.) April of 2021 I had my oil change, tire rotation, airfilter replaced, and a recall. They gave me a loaner truck for a day. In june I got a flat. Since my tacoma has 35s the tires i wanted were on backorder. Took about a week and i towed my truck to goodyear to put on the tires. But i find out that the service tech from april did not put my wheel key back into my truck. I have scs wheels and they have their own key hard to find. So I had to pay to overnight a new key so I could get my truck back on the road. Few emails with the dealership they agreed to cover the fee of the new key and shipment but never followed through. My last service was last week on sep 30th, 6months since my previous service. During the service the advisor asks if I for some reason removed my airfilter or if someone might have stolen it...100% the service tech that lost my wheel key in april also did not put the airfilter I bought in my vehicle after removing the old one. So I have been driving for 6 months with my air box open and airfilter missing....they put in a new air filter. Should be finished right? Wrong. They finish my truck and I sign the paperwork and the techs say the inspection was good. I leave at closing time. This service was on a friday. I'm scanning through my emails on sunday and see an email from the service manager stating upon inspection the service techs noted that I need to replace my CV axle shaft....but I thought everything's good? I get under my truck and there is fluid everywhere the cv axle was blown out and they failed to tell me this while i was at the service center and thinking everything is good I drove to Florida and back luckily it didnt fail on me during the trip. I have absolutely no faith in the service team here. So I purchased the cv axles and will be replacing them myself. Should be free but they have let me down to many times to the point that I do not trust then to do the job correctly. So my experience was very good except for the service techs mistakes. Too many mistakes on one vehicle. I am finished with their service and I will be actually buying my own stuff and servicing my own vehicle due to their techs lack of attention during service work. Buy the vehicle you want here! But I recommend a different dealer for service.
