I recently had an appointment to get the air filter on our 2005 Toyota Solara changed. After waiting for an hour they discovered that the air filter our vehicle needed wasn't in stock. Honesty I was a bit upset to begin with, but they apologized and told me that they would order the filter and as soon as it came in they would send someone to our house, in North Forsyth, to install it. They kept their word! This type of service is rare these days! The young man they sent couldn't have been more professional. I would highly recommended Beaver Toyota to anyone.
