We purchased a Toyota Certified ‘23 Highlander in October but found that it had a multitude of problems. After over 2 months, Beaver made things right by finding and selling us another one which is a much better car. I had to pay a bit more for the “new” one, but the overall final solution is a much better fit. You can tell a good business when they “make right their wrongs,” and Beaver has done that.

While I, like most people, hate dealing with car salesmen, I have to say this dealership broke the mold. The facilities themselves are super nice, giving you a comfortable feeling kind of like being in the lobby/bar area of a nice hotel. I’m actually looking forward to my first return for service and hanging out at the on-site lunch spot. And as far as pushy salesmen go, I don’t think Beaver trains them that way. Matt Flores, while young and eager, was not pushy and did not try to steer me into a car unless it had the specific features I was looking for. I would not hesitate to send my best friend or closest family member to him or Beaver Toyota. They treated me right and I left with what even Kelley Blue Book said was a Great Deal on my Sienna.
