Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I have always hated going to a car dealership, that is no longer the case. I have been planning on buyoing another CX-5 (love them) and stopped in Monday to find out the difference between a CX-5 and CX-50. First off I was NOT "attacked" by salespeople (this is good). I stated my purpose and was introduced to Theo (Amazing sales guy!) who took his time explain the differences as well as showing me the diffences in my current CX-% (2016) and the new edition. I was so impressed that instead of waiting a week or so to buy, I did it then. Theo is incredible. Very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and a great listener. He answered a few dozen questions for me, gave me a tour of the facitlity and introduced me to Antonio who did the paperwork and explained the warranties, etc., and answered more questions. I picked up the car on Tuesday, Theo introduced me to Cody, Service Manager, who took time to explain their service procedures, etc. They have the most up-to-date service department in the industry. I am so impressed with the entire operation and the genuine friendliness of the entire staff, even folks a walked by, that I am recommending Beaver Mazda to ALL my friends, family and even folks I have never met.

Fast,easy, and reasonable. Total time spent buying this truck was under an hour. I typically do not like the process of buying a vehicle due to the time involved, the haggling back and forth, and then waiting on the finance people to get everything together.
